Catering Tips
Heres some handy tips that might help you if your catering for an event
Heating
All our small savoury items should be heated in the oven between 180° and 200° for 12-14 minutes, the larger savouries need 20 minutes at the same temperature.
Quantities
This will vary as to what kind of event your holding.
If it’s a morning tea, afternoon tea or nibbles for a meeting we recommend 3 pieces per person.
If it’s a lunch function or event where people are likely to be hungry allow 4-6 pieces.
Storage
To maintain quality our products need to be stored in refrigeration between 4-6° as quickly as possible.
If storing savouries for longer than 3 days place in freezer.
Payment
We accept cash or cheques, sorry we don’t have card facilities!
